Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Part-time
• Salary: $16 – $22 per hour
• Schedule: Varies, including evenings, days, and rotating Saturdays

Are you an animal lover with great people skills? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
• Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
• Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working around animals of all sizes and temperaments
• Prior reception or veterinary experience is a plus (but not required!)

Schedule:

• Part-time hours, including some evenings and/or weekends
